How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times are typically 5–10 business days depending on the product. Custom and bulk orders may take longer. You’ll receive tracking info once it ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re nearby, select “Local Pickup” at checkout. I’ll contact you when your order is ready.
Customization & Products
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Most of my items are made to order. You can include personalization details at checkout or message me directly.
Returns & Support
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are handmade and often customized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—I’ll do my best to make it right!
